Training Practicegp_and_book

Cheadle Medical Practice is a ‘training practice’. This means hospital doctors wanting to enter general practice spend one year with us as part of their training in order to gain the experience they need to become family doctors. These doctors are our Registrars. They have been qualified for at least 3 years before they come to us, and join the team for 6 or 12 months. They are required to video record some consultations. You will always be asked for verbal and written consent first, they videos will be used for teaching purposes only. We are very proud of our long teaching tradition, indeed many of our partners past and present have previously been our registrars.
