Telephone Access Protocol

The purpose of this protocol is to try to help spread calls more evenly through the day, hopefully relieving some of the congestion at busiest times and improving response times.

To book urgent/same day appointments or a home visit please phone between 8-10am

For general enquiries and routine pre-bookable appointments please phone after 10am

For results between 3-6pm

To check if your prescription is ready please phone after 5pm

If you have a referral query and you are already on a hospital waiting list please direct your query to the relevant hospital.
