CBT Self-referral

Under the IAPT scheme (improving access to psychological therapies), we are now able to offer self-referral to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This has been shown to be very effective for the treatment of mild to moderate anxiety and depression. You may wish to discuss this with your doctor first, or they may have directed you to our website. You can download the forms then complete and send them to the CBT department yourself, hopefully giving you quicker access to the help you need.CBT Service Information
